The laundry trailer RLS 2000 is designed to accommodate approximately 150 people in the field. (washing, spin drying and drying)
The stainless steel laundry equipment are durable and specially designed for field constraints. Four pre-registered washing and drying programs simplify the daily use including one special for hospital linen.
The RLS 2000 is autonomous thanks to its own sound proof liquid cooled diesel generator in continuous operation and to the new high efficiency SERT's multi liquid fuel burners allowing a reduction of fuel consumption.
This unit is mounted on an off road chassis. It can be transported by aircraft and by sea. Its capabilities have been proven during various missions worldwide.
Four folding walkways and awnings form a weather proof shelter of 13m2, 70cm above the ground preventing the operators from dust, sand, mud, rain, snow etc.
The trailer incorporates its own levelling system by four adjustable stabilising legs.
The RLS 2000 can be ready to operate in approximately 30 minutes with two people.
Equipment Included
A durable automatic horizontal washing machine of 20 to 25 kg/h with double bearing at each end of the drum. It is monitored by an electronic processor with four programmes (cold, 40 degree, 60 degree and 85 degrees)
A high speed extractor 1450 RPM
A vertical dryer with four programmes (cold 40 degree, 60 degree and 80 degrees)
Two new generation SERT multi liquid fuel burners providing quickly hot water for the washing machine and hot air for the air dryer
A soundproof liquid cooled diesel generator of 7KVA, 1500 RPM with 100 litre fuel tank feeding both the generator and the burners.
An electric suction/feeding water pump with pressure regulator and filter can be connected to any source of water (tanks, water, points, networks)
